Pineapple Coconut Slushie Recipe

Guess what?! Summer is quickly approaching. It’s time to start pulling out all my summer gear: rompers, shortie shorts, crop tops, and dresses. I can’t wait to be at the pool all day and relax and teach Cash how to swim while working on my tan! Here is a recipe I love for the perfect Summer drink, and this pineapple coconut slushie recipe is amazing!

 

It’s always a good idea to enjoy an ice cold refreshing drink. This pineapple drink is a great choice because it’s all a friendly drink for everyone to enjoy. You can add a little bit of protein powder for the health-conscious, a little rum for some fun, or just keep it simple for the kids.

 

Here’s what you need:

  • 1 pineapple – do yourself a favor and buy a real, uncut pineapple. You’ll only need 2 cups of diced pineapple, the leftovers are a great poolside snack!!
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • Ice
  • Optional: 2oz Malibu Rum or 1 Scoop of protein powder
  • BLEND + ENJOY!!
